Vanguarde offers complimentary, fully insured global shipping. Every timepiece is transported via our secure concierge network to ensure its precision is preserved during transit.
2. Logistics & Insurance
Upon dispatch, a dedicated liaison will provide you with secure tracking credentials. All shipments are insured for their full value, providing peace of mind until the moment of unveiling.
3. Return Policy
We offer a 14-day window for returns of unworn timepieces. The security seal must remain intact, and the piece must be returned in its original artisanal packaging with all documentation.
4. Valuation & Refunds
Returned timepieces undergo a rigorous inspection by our master watchmakers to verify their condition. Once cleared, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
